Products
Our headbands and fascinators are handcrafted, so small variations in colour, shape and finish are part of their character. We make every effort to show our products accurately, but colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen.
Prices and payment
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD). We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure card payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
Orders
After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming the details. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or if a pricing error has occurred, and in that case we will refund any payment in full.
Shipping and delivery
We ship Australia wide. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. See our Shipping Information page for rates and delivery times. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by the carrier, public holidays or other events outside our control. Please make sure your delivery address is correct, as we cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
